Ich debutový singel "What Makes You Beautiful" vyšiel 11. septembra 2011 a umiestnil sa ako NO. 1 v UK Singles Chart. Do konca roku 2011 predali viac ako 540 tisíc kópií. 13. novembra 2011 vyšiel ich druhý singel "Gotta Be You" a 21. novembra aj prvý album Up All Night. S pesničkami na tomto albume im pomáhal Savan Kotecha a obsahuje aj pesničky od Kelly Clarkson aj Ed Sheeran. Album sa dostal na druhé miesto v UK Albums Chart a za rok 2011 sa ho predalo 468 tisíc kópií. 6. januára

im vyšiel ich tretí singel "One Thing".
